NSTS Campus Residence and Hostel is designed specifically for students and youths who are looking for a budget accommodation with all the necessary facilites. The young and fresh environment of the Residence makes it the ideal place for students and youths of all ages who are interested in getting to know people from all over the world. The Residence has recently become known as the ‘International Students’ Residence’ since it has become a hub of activity for all the international University students who are visiting Malta and spending a semester or two studying at the University of Malta.

The Residence is located on the Gzira/Msida border, adjacent to the University of Malta sports complex perimeter. Popular skate park is just 3 minutes away from the NSTS Campus Residence. The running track and the football pitch can be found in the proximity of the Residene, making it easy for students and visitors to enroll in many sports and social activities while residing at the Residence. Outdoor pool can also be used in the spring and summer months, providing relaxation and fun to the guest and international students after their school work gets done.

The Residence is centrally located and it takes only 10-15 minutes by public transport from the Residence to the capital city Valletta, the  shopping tourist town of Sliema and the centre of night life and entertainment in Malta – St Julians.

Friendly atmosphere among staff and residents is one of the top priorities at the NSTS Campus Residence. The motto ‘Customer comes first’ is enforced continuously during day to day running of the Residence.

Campus Residence and Hostel was built in the early seventies as a number of 2 bedroom apartments.  The apartments consist of  a spacious lounge/dinning/kitchenette area with a specious balcony that overlooks the extensive University sports grounds or the large pleasantly sunny pool terrace and deck. Each bedroom is independently locking and contains a maximum of 4 beds, at times using bunk-beds.

Special discounted rates are avilable for your stay in the Residence between 1 November 2009 and 1 March 2010. Long term stays for over 8 weeks benefit from additional discounts (of up to 40%). Prices for long term stays start from 7.60 EUR per night.
