Sampa Hostel is a hostel from Hostelling International in Sao Paulo – Brazil and was created for folks who want to enjoy their trip while receiving a special service in a warm and home-like atmosphere for a great price.  Our unbeatable daily rate also includes a delicious breakfast.

Our accommodations range from collective rooms for 8, 6 or 4 people to double and family rooms. Sampa Hostel also counts with specialized staff who speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.
 
Besides our excellent rates, the most unique quality of Sampa Hostel is its location in the heart of Vila Madalena, located in the Alto Pinheiros district, on the west region of the city. Nearby, there is a subway line (Vila Madalena Station) as well as a bus terminal from which you can access the best of what Sao Paulo has to offer.

Vila Madalena is  considered the coolest area of Sao Paulo and known as the site of its best night life. It hosts numerous  bars, restaurants, discos, and the traditional Samba School named Perola Negra.

During the day the guests can enjoy delicious restaurants, coffee shops, museums, wonderful art galleries, clothing stores, as well as antique and vintage shops, all located within walking distance from the hostel.

Sampa Hostel grew out of Andrea Figueroa and Deborah Cavalieri´s vision and love for the city of Sao Paulo. The partners met while getting their MBA and decided to create a place that would show the other face of this wonderful city; they wanted to show Sao Paulo´s cultural richness -- to reveal that this city is way more than a business route. Sampa Hostel´s goal is to become the gateway for guests to experience Brazil´s largest city as a site of multi-cultural encounters, leisure and vibrant night life.
