Hostel Brežice offers a rich additional program in the field of workshops for children and many youth programmes and many informal educational events which open up new possibilities for youth tourism. A very good infrastructure is among the best in the area and offers locations for congresses and seminars (from 15-240 people) with hi-tech equipment, catering and organization support. Board is also available in a combination of private or shared trendy rooms. There are 10 two-bedded, 4 six-bedded rooms and 3 apartments with individual bathrooms, so the hostel can receive up to 71 people.

Portorož is near to both Croatian and Italian boarder. The hostel guests can enjoy the beach, thermal baths or the salt plants which are the home of rare and protected birds. The hostel Portorož is meant mostly for summer tourism, for they offer many activities on the coast and in the water. It stands on the hill above Portorož, on a big plot of land, which offers a great view of the Slovenian coast all the way to Croatia. It has a beautiful lawn, a terrace for guests to rest, relax or have picnics. There are 70 beds in fully equipped apartments just waiting for you.
In Postojna lays the largest natural cave (Postojnska jama), with more than 20km of passages, galleries and caverns. Youth Hostel Proteus Postojna has a great location, to be a base for groups, which wish to explore the cave, the native forests or hike up the Nanos… you can also visit the nearby castle Predjamski grad, dominating the landscape from a 123m tall cave wall, for over seven centuries. It’s mighty, challenging and breath-taking.
